Strange things on Samsung A72

I bought a A72 for my wife in spring and could install /e/ after some troubles…

The A72 has a quite powerful CPU, but it takes ages, when I select a contact and press the phone button until the phone window appears - with ages I mean about 5 seconds - compared with my BQ-Aquaris X Pro with a CPU with much less power it takes just 1 second.

second thing - the galery app - there is no possibility to select photos / videos - see here

the app is also not translated to german as it in in my BQ

third - I am quite lazy with updates - in my BQ I got the newest /e/ version - 3.3 just from 3.04

in the A72, I had to install every version (5), which is very new for me - all the other older phones behaved like the BQ

Are all this things normal?

more explanation for galery - you can select each picture, but you cannot select all, to know how much pictures are in the galery - because I saved the pictures on my wives computer and I have to control, if all 6967 pictures are saved…..

I found a workaround - ghost commander - here I got the number of pictures.

But the really anoing thing is this time lack, until the call window appears
