[Suggestion] Add a help template to the default draft

When posting for help, I usually end up forgetting to fill out the device info and such that is supposed to be with it. I think it would be useful to put a template of it in the part of the draft that’s created automatically (just like we have the link to e.foundation currently). This would save time in creating the post, since people wouldn’t have to look up what info to include and ideally increase the number of people who actually provide that info in the initial post.

In my mind, it would look something like this:

Do you think this is a good idea? Why or why not?

I’d be also in favor of this - last I checked (top thread is a howto how to lookup the actual OS info) you can configure the template text by category - within “Using /e/OS → user queries” and " → troubleshooting" it would make lots of sense - and each language forum have help categories, CC @manoj
