Hello, I wrote to support over three weeks ago [Ticket#9940743] about my Murena Two which no longer works but is still covered by the device warranty. I then received an automatic reply saying that there are currently a lot of enquiries and it can therefore take up to 5 days before I get a response. I didn’t get any, so after almost two weeks ago I asked again but still no response. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do?
I am now extremely frustrated and very annoyed about the lack of feedback, especially as my Murena Two is my only mobile phone and, like everyone else these days, I depend on it. It is now getting also quite expensive as I can’t use my train ticket, which is stored on the phone, and therefore I always have to buy extra tickets.
A quick word about the actual problem: I pre-ordered a Murena Two via Indigogo in January last year and was quite happy with it, but now nothing works at all. The battery was empty and it just won’t charge and therefore won’t boot up. I have tried several different cables and chargers and none of them work with my phone.
