Suspected failed motherboard fp5

We purchased our 2 fairphone 5 phones on 22/02/2025. One of them has developed a fault and cannot detect any sim card. They were both on e/os 3.7. I upgraded the faulty phone to e/os 3.7.1 but, sim card not detected. I purchased a replacement top unit for the faulty phone which works fine in the functioning phones but, not the faulty one. I have found the receipts for both phones but, neither has a serial number or imei number to identify which of the 2 phones they belong to. So, I tried to log on to my Murena account and check the documentation pertaining to the phones there but, I got a message saying that Murena has deleted my account. I suspect the phone motherboard has failed and think it should be replaced under warranty. But, I am not sure how to arrange this in the circumstances.

Thanks. I had to create a new account but, I have been able to report the fault. I can use it on WiFi at home, for the time being.
