Sync Error in /e/ and Personal Cloud

Since June 1 I no longer can synchronize my cloud.
There’s a push message telling me “Additional permissions required” but do not explain what exactly. Nothing was changed in my phone or cloud.
And when I try to manually sync, it gives an error “ Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly ”. It occurs in the WebDAV address book and calendar. Both to my /e/ account as to my own cloud account. I tested both clouds with Evolution, , a mail Linux app, and in another phone with Lineage OS 14.1 and both worked just fine.
My phone is a Motorola G 2014 and I’m using system’s last version (0.6-2019053111832).
Has someone experienced something like that? Is it a an /e/ problem or mine?

I had to follow @robban 's instructions first and then @nihar1024 's.
After restarting and re-adding the accounts, everything went back on track.
All working now.
