Sync Outlook Desktop to my Murena Account

Hi,
I have used CALDAV Synchronizer successfully in the past with a Baikal Server.

I see I can use it with NexCloud:

Will this sync my Outlook desktop calendar, tasks and notes with those in my Murena Account correctly.

How do I backup my Murena account, prior to syncing.
