Sync photos from murena cloud to my phone memory

Using /e/OS murenacloud

Hello,

I am trying to sync my new phone with my murena account to get all the photos that were in my previous phone to the new one and to upload to the cloud all the new photos I’ll take with the new phone.
I tried to uncheck / recheck the sync in the account setting but it does nothing.

Do I need to install the nextcloud client to do that or is there something obvious that I missed?

Under normal circumstances, you just have to connect your device to a unmetered WiFi network, and let it settle for about 1/2 hour.
Please ensure that your battery is charged, and no firewall app is active.

I don’t know why it was not working in my case. I ended up by using nextcloud app and now everything is syncing correctly.
