Synchro impossible de l'application Note

Hi to everyone

Ì have my Fairphone 6 on murenna since 1 month now. Everithing is working well expect the App Note. I can’t synchronise it. When I select my murena account I have a rollback and i’m not able to synchronise all my note wich ease a real pain. Does anyone have an advice?
