System-Apps / vorinstallierte Apps deinstallieren - wie ist der aktuelle Stand? (vgl. Roadmap 2021)

Hallo zusammen,
die Diskussion gab es ja hier im Forum schon desöfteren, ich frage mich aber wie zum einen der aktuelle Stand ist und ob es in die Richtung aktuelle Ankündigungen gibt.

Ist es noch der aktuelle Stand, dass System-Apps nur via ADB “deinstallierbar” sind? Also wie hier beschrieben: Why can I not delete preinstalled applications?

Ist natürlich machbar auf diesem Weg, aber zum einen keine wirkliche Deinstallation im engeren Sinne und zum anderen nicht besonders user-freundlich, gerade weil /e/OS m.W. als Zielgruppe sich auch explizit an User richtet, die es möglichst einfach haben und nicht mittels Terminal arbeiten können/möchten.

In der Roadmap für 2021 war folgende Ankündigung enthalten:
" Uninstalling default applications
This has been a long-requested feature from some users. And we agree that there is no reason why we wouldn’t let users uninstall default apps in /e/OS.
It’s not trivial to implement though, and that’s why it’s still not possible today. However, we know how we want to make it possible, so it’s now officially on the 2021 roadmap!"

Etwas Aktuelleres finde ich dazu nicht. Oder habe ich was übersehen?
