Task Manager "Clear All" button

Hello, i know this question maybe bothers only me but it’s a minor thing that i can’t get used to. Is there an option to move the “Clear all” button on the task manager from the far left side to the front bottom (replacing the “Screenshot” button)?
I’m using a 0.23 version on OnePlus 6T device
