I reached out to Murena support asking if the Teracube 2e would get /e/OS support beyond Android 12. This is what I got:

I understand your concern about the device running on Android 12 and the need for security updates. As of now, updates to newer versions of Android for the Teracube 2e are planned and will be rolled out as they become available.
Our development team is working diligently to ensure these updates are compatible and stable for your device. We prioritize the security and satisfaction of our users, so rest assured that you will receive an update notification once the newer versions are ready for installation.
In the meantime, I recommend regularly checking the ‘System’ > ‘Updater’ section on your device for any available updates and applying them as they become available. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out."
That’s all I wanted to know: that they’re working on it and that the updates are planned. So if you have a 2e, just hold on, the updates are coming.
