Ticketmaster app in Shelter

Some folk are having issues with the Ticketmaster app in the UK, I have it working fine in the normal Main Profile of Shelter.

However I am also trying to use the app within Shelter, it works within shelter on one of the S9’s, but not the other … it will work on the Main Profile, and load in the Work Profile, but when trying to login on the Work Profile I get the message saying:
‘Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused’ (yes I am logged out of the Main Profile copy of the App when I attempt that).
The message continues:
'We detected unusual behaviour on either your network or your browser: and seems suggest that something elsewhere is still logged in (ie you can only have one current instance of a login.
It makes some suggestions:

  • sign in one one device only
  • change WiFi or Mobile NW
  • switch devices

I understand Apps in Shelter - when Authenticating, I think can sometimes use a Browser, so a cloned ‘Work Profile’ copy of the Broswer App should be made - which I have done, however I still cannot login with the Work Profile …
