I want to download the upgrade file via BitTorrent. I’m on a pixel 6a and the download keeps failing with the updater on device. Is this possible?

You can go direct to /e/OS dev bluejay download download latest build (today e-2.5-t-20241109446827-community-bluejay.zip) and install it via recovery mode
unfortunately, I get failures trying to do that on the desktop as well.
After what you describe, it seems you have a stability problem with your local Internet connection.
What you could try: Download the latest build by using a download manager. It allows you to resume unfinished downloads.
There are various different options - here are 2 examples:
- DownThemAll is a Firefox extension: DownThemAll! – Get this Extension for 🦊 Firefox (en-US)
- UGet is a standalone app: uGet - Download Manager - Browse /uget (stable)/2.2.3 at SourceForge.net
