Udgrade path for gta4xlwifi from -s to -t

Hi,
I have been running e/os/ on my samsung Galaxytab S6 Lite since I bought it, and now I have reached the end of android 12 releases - the most current releases are androin 13, releases with -t version marking.
However, the system does not seem to allow me to upgrade. Is there a nice upgrade path allowing me to not loose my installed apps and data?

I think maybe using sideload is possible, but do I need to stack upates, or can I just jump to latest?

as in point (8) with or in point (9) without computer,
you can direct download the latest, reboot to recovery, then apply …
just don’t wipe anything !
