Since Google Maps version 24.49.06.703287473 I’m no longer able to log into my Google Maps account via the microG account (Fairphone 5).
A separate login via Google Maps is also not possible. When trying, I would need to add my account in the Google Maps app but it’s not possible to add it as “this account is already present on this device”. Does anyone else have this problem, too?

Yes. You’ve correctly identified the issue. This is not specific to /e/os and likely not a MicroG issue either. Probably a change Google has made in their ongoing war against privacy and, therefore, MicroG. The current solution is to downgrade to an older version of Google Maps. Version 24.47.05.699977727 (version code 1067804539 for Aurora Store users) seems to work.
PS: I know this is not specific to /e/os as I’m running Lineage and I have the same problem.
Or use the build in maps or another not google maps app.
