Unable to connect to murena.io via browser, email client or nextcloud

Hi,

Murena.io has been unavailable via internet for me today in the UK. Other sites can be browsed. I can ping murena.io and get a response and access the site over mobile connection but for some reason I can only access murena.com , community.e.foundation using a vpn. Murena.io is still not available via vpn or without the vpn active.

I have restarted my router, checked dns settings on the router, reconfigured wifi settings on my devices and attempted to connect mail clients with mixed results. This issue just happened around 10am today.

The Nextcloud client will also not connect to murena.io. I have checked my murena password and username and they are correct.

Any help appreciated and hoping it might resolve overnight.

I am able to login just fine all day on phone and desktop. I know not much help, just saying it’s up.

What devices are you using to try to login?

Hi,

Good to know. I am using a macbook air M2 and moto g32. I think it may be an issue with the router or ISP so will see if I can resolve it today.
