Unable to update eOS in my Samsung Galaxy S9+

Hi All,

I am unable to update eOS in my Samsung Galaxy S9+. Within Settings → System updates I can see the following info: “You are running the latest /e/OS version.” This is clearly not the case. Using the refresh button does not change the message.

Please kindly advise what I need to do in order to update my OS.

Android version 11

I solved the problem by updating the system manually to 2.6.3 (based on Android 12).

I followed the instructions at Install /e/OS on a Samsung Galaxy S9+ - “star2lte” and it worked! :slight_smile:
