Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Sent out a number emails today as Bcc using my murena.io mail account. Most of them 80% came back as undeliverable.
Message was This is the mail system at host mail2.ecloud.global.

be delivered to one or more recipients. It’s attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

I think the keywords here are S3150 + hotmail. This is the result of that forum search Search results for 'S3150 + hotmail order:latest' - /e/OS community.

Now that I have contacted my Internet service provider. If posting on this forum is contacting my Internet service provider. What do I do?? I have people relying on emails to scheduled meetings.

Same problem on my end:

It looks like an ongoing issue with Murena. I wanted to leave my old email provider and move to a paid subscription for syncing etc. at Murena. If I can not send emails; none of it is bulk, unless a Bcc of 21 names is today considered bulk mail; when I will have to look for a more reliable provider.
