Hi @Pytoza some Samsung device users have reported issues when connected to wifi and raised a bug here. The issue as you can see is quite old and never got resolved. I had checked with the lineage developer and he mentioned the fix was in the Pie builds we are still in the process of upgrading our devices to Pie and do not have an ETA on the S3 upgrade.
If your issue is similar you can add your comments to the above bug else create a new one here with a log
