Uninstalling /e/os

Hi,
I’ve just bought a Sony Xperia XZ2 second hand to find that it has this OS on it.

I’ve had a play with it and it’s OK

But I want to get back to what I’m used to.

So can someone please post step by step(idiot proof) instructions on how to get back to stock Android 11?
