I wanted to test your e/os rom for mi 11 Venus a long time ago. but MI looks different.
I already have it in the account for several years to unlock it but mi says no.
it had to write about in the account now I have waiting time.
The waiting period ends on 22.11.24 then it goes on hopefully with the test. 
i am looking forward to the e/os soon running on the mi11.
You can even test A14 version now:

but I still have to wait xiaomi unlocks only on 22.11.24 for waiting time.

ich habe wie versprochen deine 2 Versionen testen wollen aber etwas unerwartetes ist aufgetreten.

Installation ohne Fehler
Start aber nicht erfolgreich. nach dem springenden e Logo wird immer ein Neustart durchgefĂĽhrt. Factory resett im recovery fĂĽhrt zum Fehler und hat danach das gleiche mit dem Neustart.
also dann getestet e-2.5-u-20241117-UNOFFICIAL-venus
Installation wieder ohne Fehler
aber als ich auf Neustart ging um e/os zu starten wurde der Bildschirm schwarz aber es passierte nichts. ich komme weder in e/os noch in recovery oder fastboot es reagiert nicht mehr.
danke trotzdem fĂĽr die Erstellung von e/os leider hat es mein mi11 nicht gewollt.

I have like promised to test your 2 versions but something unexpected has occurred.

Installation without error
Start but not successful. after the jumping e logo is always restarted. Factory resett in recovery leads to error and then has the same with the restart.
so then tested e-2.5-u-20241117-UNOFFICIAL-venus
Installation again without error
but when I went to restart e/os the screen was black but nothing happened. I don’t get in e/os or in recovery or fastboot it doesn’t react anymore.
still thank you for creating e/os unfortunately my mi11 did not want it.

kein fastboot oder ADB.
ladekabel ohne Funktion.
tasten ohne Funktion.
falls jemand noch einen tip hat kann ich gern versuchen um es wiederzubeleben.
mir fällt nichts mehr ein, was ich noch tun kann.
natĂĽrlich geschah alles auf mein eigenes Risiko.

no reaction to anything
no fastboot or ADB.
charging cable without function.
buttons without function.
if someone else has a tip, I can try to revive it.
I don’t remember what I can do.

yes I was flashing according to instructions.
have also created the screen photos from the previous post.
it’s the first phone that doesn’t work anymore.
I’m still trying to revive it with edl.

Maybe its best if someone wants to try to install /e/OS over an existing LOS version…

i think that may work if the mi11 accepts it and doesn’t get dark.
I think xiaomi makes money to revive a phone.
I found out that mi11 is not dead.
it is in a recovery mode and this will have paid xiaomi.
I can only flash it in this mode.
but without this edl account it doesn’t look so good for reflash.

even after several days, i cannot revive it and test the e/os.
it is in edl mode. but without edl account or patched firehose it is not possible.
i would like to have had e/os on the mi11, maybe sometime.
