I had bought one by error 2 years ago, but have solded it to a friend with LineageOS because the lack of /e/OS build.
I will rebuy it because she don’t use it.
Right, the i9506 also run’s fine with LOS 20 (T) which performs very well and nearly bugless I tested…

I have the device in hands,
i will install 2.3-r this evening
I am currently building for Nougat LEGACY devices,
so, not enought left space on my 500GB dedicated HD for a “T” build attempt.
Using TWRP, “format /data” give me an error :
To install e-2.3-r-20241114-UNOFFICIAL-ks01ltexx.zip
otherwise the file manager and download from Browser will not work

Trust feature complain about “build is signed with public keys” (test-keys)
→ disable the alert in Trust settings.
Trying to flash the newer bootloader and modem using Odin3 Windows,
even displaying success message,
→ about the phone still displaying my I9506XXUDOJ2 Baseband

dirty flash e-3.0.4-s over e-2.3-r, recovery complain about signature, install anyway, unfortunately the system don’t boot (with the e bouncing)
and i am currently not in a position to provide logcat.
first attempt to dirty restore e-2.3-r don’t works (also with the e bouncing) lead me to try with clean install…
It works restoring e-2.3-r, but not installing e-3.0.4-s
