I recently successfully loaded /e/OS on a Motorola Moto Cedric. Unfortunately my carrier no longer supports the Cedric. I also have a Ginna which I’m currently using with my carrier but see no official build.

An unofficial build is quite new to me and I see lineageos link above now lists lineage-18.1. I assume the /e/OS zip file can’t be used with lineage-18.1. Is that correct?

You can try to install /e/OS-Q over LOS18.1. In most cases this should work
