the parental control in the settings leads to crash.
I think you left her for lack of space. I don’t use the child protection app, but wanted to have mentioned it.
but otherwise a super perfect e/os what you created. for me you are the best rom creator for e/os. Thank you very much for the effort and time you sacrifice for e/os.
here are some pictures of nothing phone1 with e/os.
Thanks for the feedback.
And yes I left the parental control as well as the Maps and PDF viewer out due to partition size issues.
So technically this would be then a custom build, not an unofficial build
Hi,
one question, that is in my mind since I got my first smartphone. Why are the default apps undeleteable? I never use the default music, maps, E-Mail, PDF, calender, … apps, even the launcher I change very quickly (I’m a fan of good old launcher3).
I would enjoy a really minimalistic /e/OS without unnecessary apps, that could not install later in my choice.
Regards
Marte
Ronnz98, the op, mentiins the xda forum website, where i got those two files. I hope they too contain nothing google, I wouldn’t know how to get those files from the e os zipfile (although i can absolutely think of a way where to start).
From fastboot, select “Recovery Mode” with volume buttons and press power button once to reboot into recovery
Once in recovery, format data and then:
Select “Install/Apply Update” and then “ADB Sideload”
Sideload the build by typing:
adb sideload <name of the zip file (without brackets)>
TIP: instead of typing the name of the zip file, you can also just drag and drop the file on top of the command prompt window after having typed "adb sideload ".
