Is it possible for you to post this with an updated build. there are only two issues. I cant get Location because MicroG is out of date. and Audio is still pretty broken.

So i tried this. R boots for me but needed a clean wipe for some reason. S boots and runs very very smoothly in fact. but no audio whatsoever. Phone calls work on Airtel India. VoLTE is entirely offline. BT works. But without working audio I cannot test.
EDIT: on R the noisy audio issues are there. It’s like the audio is playing with some weird distortion. Please let me know how i can help fix this. I would prefer to do it on S though. It is SIGNIFICANTLY smoother

So two problems with this.

  1. Still no audio. At all. Calls are going out much faster. But there’s no audio.
  2. Now camera doesn’t start.

Not specifically for these devices. I do recall that for the unofficial LOS build for Z5 Compact suzuran, there were some issues with audio reported in the XDA Forum thread. As I recall there may have been a fix or workaround by tweaking some values in in a settings file (audio_paths.xml maybe?).

Maybe worth contacting the maintainer / developer of that ROM,Bernhard Thoben: @berni-0815 on XDA, (also Professor-Berni on github). He was very helpful when I was tryng to get /e/OS working for suzuran (a *very long time ago).

Sorry I can’t give more details but it’s a while since I did anything with these devices or with LOS 19.

So i installed it… Two things. the inbuilt recovery doesnt work properly at all; it actually hasnt since i started using it. It’ll keep crashing. so I have to reconnect to a PC and reflash TWRP 3.5.2 to be able to flash properly… Second. this build has the same broken audio as the other builds. but now All network connections cycle On/Off constantly every few seconds. Going to try a full wipe and reinstall now. i have a bugreport how can i send it to you?>

came back to say it failed and took my system with it. Reflashed to an older version for now. Will wait for next update when you ahve time. Thank you very much for all the work!
