I have succeeding in making a Q build for XZ1 Compact (lilac), but it’s not working on my device, as described here:
I don’t know whether the problem is with the build or with my device, though the device works fine when I flash a different Q-based ROM.
If anyone has one of these devices (and a known working backup of their current setup 
) I would be very grateful if you could try to install the ROM and see whether it boots properly. The build is available on AndroidFileHost
