tested it successfully. 
Installation without any error 
Installation:
extract from the payload.bin from the zip file once Boot.img and vendor_boot.img.
then
fastboot flash boot_ab boot.img
fastboot flash vendor_boot_ab vendor_boot.img
then restart in recovery then factory reset and then
adb sideload e-3.0-a14-20250518-UNOFFICIAL-venus.zip
then reboot and enjoy.
System:
All standard applications OK
Fingerprint OK
WiFi OK
factory reset OK
everything works by now
I test it as a daily companion.
should I notice mistakes I will announce it.

Works great, but no playstore, I have to buy more apps 
. But still good work .
Its intended to have no playstore since its a degoogled system!
Use Aurora Store if you want to use your paided apps (and to buy new ones should also work) - you need you google account though

Use is very smoth, whether at 120hz or 60hz. I use 60hz.
Battery life is top
APP lounge ok
Wireless powershare OK
GPS OK
Bluetooth OK
fake IP is OK and works
…
Sim card 5g + call and data connection ok
The best and only E/OS for me, that works !!!

Even with Aurora it doesn’t work, Aurora recognized only one application. Too bad
