Coming from /e/OS ‘S’ e-1.10-s-20230413279105-dev-miatoll with e-Recovery v1.10, I did a simple manual upgrade via adb sideload e-1.16-t-20231022-UNOFFICIAL-miatoll.zip
Although in the updater settings recovery update was activated, e-recovery v1.10 remained after the T-upgrade, which did not cause any problems. Nevertheless, I manually installed e-recovery 1.16-t.
With the manual upgrade, all the apps I installed and my data remained intact. I haven’t done an intensive test yet, but clicking through various menus briefly, I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary, except - that the @ronnz98 ROM runs very smoothly, inclusise Android security update October 6, 2023.
Thanks Ronald aka @ronnz98 for your very fast and unsurpassed ROM building service.
Everything was installed perfectly with already existing e-recovery (v1.10) using microSD and going from 1.17-s to 1.18-t.
Evidently gave error message:
E: Signature verification failed.
And Trust warned with something like this:
ROM signed with public keys
I had to adjust a few things (sounds, notifications, some app).
The only error detected is that the app ‘Carrefour’ stopped working. I opened in Advanced Privacity and even reinstalled. Nothing. It stays blank (blue). However, this app works on LineageOS 20 for microG perfectly (on a Samsung A52s without and with iodé)
The rest of the app, including the ones from banks, works although I have had to reconfigure footprint or access.
Thank you for everything.
P.D. Now warns that the device is rotated (not) and that therefore Carrefour is not responsible for the data. But it still does not work.
