Great
One important thing, im currently on crdroid 11.8 and there is an annoying bug:
This phones come with two panels, gtx and fts, i have the fts version.
The screen doesn’t like to run at 90hz, moreover at 60hz i have black bands on the screen at low luminosity.
This is very annoying, the developer suggested to use always a scarlet kernel, it might be worth considering to include it to prevent issues with fts.
I’ve not yet installed the scarlet kernel because I’m out the house and can’t end up with a nonfunctional phone while traveling…
This update makes the device (Poco) enter in a boot loop. What can I do? I’ll keep on the other version, but can I do anything to solve the problem with 3.3?
Apologies I did not see the new release as it was a different thread.
Now testing the latest build (3.4) on my Redwood, upgraded from 3.12.
No issue this far, only the installer fails the zip verification and on the first call there was no audio (I disabled dolby atmos and then I had sound).
Ok speakerphone doesn’t work at all tho.
Everything seems working as expected but the usual stuff that do not:
First version doesn’t work properly either (no sound when activating speakerphone and unable to get it back)
Second version (B kernel) seems to work correctly but I did not have enough time to test for bugs.
May I suggest to look at kernels from crdroid as well, I used to run that rom and for many years I did not have any issue, once the developer left the problems started and I moved to e.os but by now they might be back on track.
