Yes sure. I wrote some time ago two how-to’s for Lineage unsupported and supported devices. I prefer the repo way, but I suppose the builds can be adapted quite easily using docker.
I compiled my experience while building an /e/OS ROM the Repo Sync way for an unsupported device.
Please have a look and comment or suggestions to improve or correct the instructions
