Thank you again for al your work.

If you have the time could you make an update for the Unihertz Atom_XL_EEA
There is a slightly newer LineageOS release 20241129.

Your current release had a bug, “Serial Console Enabled” is on, and there is no way to disable that, in the new build that is fixed.
This is also discussed on XDA, so not a bug from you’re side but from LineageOS.

Not tested it very thorough yet, but basic functions seem to work, except for VoLTE but that seems a problem with SELinux forced function.

I would think if you could build with the new release 20241129, source code and all assets available at, Releases · ADeadTrousers/android_device_Unihertz_Atom_XL_EEA · GitHub

That bug “Serial Console Enabled” should disappear.

Or do you need the code that they used to fix that, is also visible on XDA.
I can look and quote that.

the posts are over a year old and sources has not been updated since a while so I suppose the fix is not yet included

Another question, witch recovery.img did you use in the zip?
I was thinking, maybe another recovery than TWRP could fix this.
Flashed the recovery.img that i extracted from the zip, separately with fastboot,
Fastboot says flash succeeded.
But there is no way I can boot into recovery,

I tried that LineageOS20241129, and that bug does not show.

There is usually also an e-recovery included in the ROM, but it may not work

I suppose they developers did some changes but not yet committed to github repository, last commits are still fro May 2024

Ok, to confirm,that recovery.img it does no work, have to use TWRP.

@Xxpsilon, Yes I did see that, but that is not enough source material for ronnz98 to build an new /e/OS/ build.
