Can someone advise from experience on the best Rom for a Motorola phone(G7)? Is it the Unofficial or the Dev please? This is my first installation of /e.

If you use dev you will get updates over OTA, unoffical might not have it. Unoffical is usually someone from the community who put an effort at his free time to provide the ROM for a device which is not maintained (no dev/stable)
