I am using the signal app, which requires updates every now and then. If I try to download the update in the eos app store, the install button remains greyish and I cannot download the update. Now the signal app stopped working because my current version has expired. All other apps seem to download smoothly. Any advice?
sure, but the install button does not work, remains blank, in my case
as a last resort: create a backup, uninstall Signal, reinstall from AppLounge. If you’re curious why it fails read the logs while you try to press the button.
Did you try the download directly from Signal?
That’s what @Dabbler’s link was suggesting. Signal offers the app also withou Play Store resp. App Lounge
