Update to /e/OS 2.0 systemupdate is freezing my FP4

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered a significant issue with my phone after updating to e/OS 2.0 and I’m hoping someone might be able to provide some guidance.

Here’s what happened: After the update, my phone (an FP4) seems to freeze after accepting my SIM pin and the pin to unlock the phone. It’s not in a reboot loop, but rather it appears to be frozen and unresponsive. The system isn’t opening any apps and there’s a system update indicator on the front screen that isn’t progressing. Essentially, my phone has become unusable.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to restart the update or if there’s another solution I should try? I’m open to any suggestions and would greatly appreciate your advice.

Solution: Took out the Sd card, rebooted the phone. Reformatted the SD card put it back in. All works like normal.
