My Teracube 2a kept saying I had an update from 1.17 to 1.18. It would download and reboot and I would check and the updater would say to update to 1.18 again…and again. Went thru the process 6-7 times. So for anyone experiencing the same problem, I found the solution was to just delete the update. After that the phone recognizes that it HAS been updated. Strange but true. Hope this helps someone.

Also those steps are for TWRP but it can be done from the eOS recovery too.
