Under normal circumstances there should be ways to get the updater to offer further updates based on Android 12 (S) and a so-called OTA upgrade (over the air via the updater) to Android 13 (T) to your phone, but the server trouble at Murena got in the way, and now the older builds to facilitate all this updating and upgrading are still missing.
In your case the latest update is an Android version upgrade, so the situation still results in a block.
Officially you can install the latest version manually or via the Easy Installer … Install /e/OS on a Fairphone FP3/3+ - “FP3” … wiping user data, so a backup would be in order.
Unofficially, so-called dirty upgrades without wiping user data have been reported to work here and there, but for safety’s sake make a backup of everything important to you from the phone to somewhere safe in this case, too.

Based on the current version on your phone the latest “OTA” download links for this process can be found at https://ota.ecloud.global/api/v1/FP3/official/ (the “stable” build type was relabelled to “official” a while ago, so that is still your build type), the latest download there would currently be e-2.6.3-t-20241217455358-official-FP3.zip.

On the Pixel 2 there are no different install file formats, so the official install way can be turned into an unofficial dirty upgrade just by leaving out every step which wipes user data, which would be “Unlocking the bootloader” (done already anyway for the initial install) and “Format the device”.
