I wnated to update my mi mix 2s from the unofficial “polaris” to “Q”.
Now Fastboot tells me that I nees to update Android from 9 to 10 …
Well … what is the easiest way to do this?
So Iwent throut the MI-Update and then again flashed the /e/.
Now I can’t connect to WIFI … HELP!

Hi !
The easiest way is to reinstall latest MIUI : download tool & MIUI from here.
In the tool, don’t forget to check for “flash_all” and not “flash_all_lock” at bottom right (this way, your device won’t get locked again).
Another way is to flash firmware only, but I’m not sure if this will be enough for your device (although it won’t hurt 
) : Mi MIX 2S Global Firmware V12.0.3.0.QDGMIXM Update | Xiaomi Firmware Updater.
You can install it with TWRP’s Install button.
Anyway, before anything don’t forget to take a full TWRP backup of your working device, and copy your personal files to a computer (using USB MTP) !
Please don’t forget to wipe System + Dalvik/Cache and format Data before applying the /e/ Q image.
Sorry, you will lose your settings and installed apps.
