Is it possible to utilize the Android Switch app to transfer the data from my iPhone to my Murena phone?

have no iPhone to test, but having had a look at it here my guess was on it needing the kind of stub install treatment that is used for Android Auto in /e/ - giving it the permissions it needs if user installed.
