On my S10e, lately I have been facing problems with videos not displayed in some apps. The sound is OK but there is no video.
The concerned apps are those from French TV providers: Canal+ and Oqee (Free) in which you can watch live TV, catch-up TV or VOD.
I don’t have this problem with other similar apps such as those from France.tv, Arte, M6…
I think this problem appeared after I installed /e/OS 2.6-t (Android 13) manually, since it was not possible to migrate to Android 14 (U) without a full wipe.
Since then, my S10e has been upgraded several times through OTA but the problem is still there.
Maybe other users have the same issue? Would it be possible that a component has been missing in the T-variant of the builds since the 2.6 version?
