Voice filtering on Pixel 8?

Hello,
I’m using Official /e/ (currently 3.1.4) on Pixel 8, and using multiple Bluetooth headsets during phone calls (mostly VoWifi).
It seems there is no voice filtering at all, so my caller is listening on everything around me.
Is it related to my Bluetooth headsets ?
Do someone knows if there is a way to enable a voice filtering feature to improve voice quality during phone calls ?

My experience with Teams on Windows at my work is that it depends on the headphones. Teams has a voice recognition feature which would use AI for ‘filtering’ other voices out but really something I want to opt in.
