I use /e/os 1.16 on a FP3. I use Télécoop mvno (Orange network) who sent me a Vowifi-able Sim card.
I activated WiFi calling in parameters but it does not work.
Does Vowifi work on FP3 with /e/os ?

VoWifi needs to be supported by your phone and your provider.

I can confirm, I am a Telecoop client too and I asked them directly about Vowifi. They plan to interact with Orange on this but it seems complicated and it’s clearly not their priority.In the meantime, no Vowifi for us!

I asked for it yo Telecoop 2 weeks ago. Here is the answer (in French):
Nous ne disposons pas encore de la fonctionnalité Appels Wifi pour tous nos abonnés, mais nous travaillons pour l’implémenter car effectivement c’est une fonctionnalité intéressante lorsque l’on se trouve dans une zone mal couverte par le réseau mobile.
Nous sommes actuellement en cours d’expérimentation avec un autre prestataire entre nous et Orange. Ainsi si cela vous intéresse, vous pouvez faire partie des bêta-testeurs dans le cadre de cette expérimentation. Seriez-vous intéressé ?
Nous avons commencé les tests, depuis juillet 2023 et tout se passe très bien pour l’instant.
Telecoop sent me a new Sim card that should support Vowifi.
I should test it on a another FP3 still with FairphoneOS.
Telecoop explained me that Fairphone 3 is not compatible with Vowifi from Orange
