After a fresh install /e/os i would like to know if there is any way to remove
the warning at first boot (different operating system)
and the logo g00gle ?

The warning is quite common with a lot of devices nowadays.
Depending on the actual device model and vendor firmware bits, there are some fixes, but there’s no “simple switch in /e/ OS to switch it off”, as it is a warning created not by /e/ OS, but the device itself on booting (due to unlocked bootloader and/or modified images).
It is usually shown when you have an unlocked bootloader (community) and not shown when locked (official).

The warning is a product of Verified boot – manufactures are obliged to
Communicate Verified Boot state to users
… this is detailed in the link and is done by these colour coded Warning screens.
There is a method [HOWTO] Moto: replace the startup screen warning to remove from Moto … you have to dive deep into the device … not sure if I ever saw a method for Google devices.
