Will these now allow incremental OTA upgrades to A13 for those stuck on A10, 11 and 12?

I would be really surprised if that’s not the intention behind it, but I would be very interested in anybody actually trying whether it works.

But if you look at the dates of the last S, R and Q builds now, the /e/OS build system (re-)built them quite recently, and they are all marked as upgradable.
