Hello,

I connect my e/OS to my firm’s guest wifi network. It intentionally disconnects after a while, and I have to login again and again via an interface

I found WifiFixer on F-Droid. I hoped it would work, biu actually it does not…

I would like to ask whether there is safe and privacy friendly to lock the wifi, please ?

If you can toggle MAC Address Randomization in the WiFi network advanced settings, try to disable it.
