In settings accounts I see a automatically sync app data.
What does this sync and where and how?

That’s a general permission for all accounts to sync what they can sync,
what, where, intervalls etc. depends on the app/account and may usually be defined more granular in each account setting

A ok. I read it as an option to sync all accounts to yet another cloud.
