@39rit99u I guessed elsewhere your issue is more due to the lost ownership of the former hide-my-mail alias to your main account, thus no sending permission from the alias. In general it works to add the alias to identities and send mail if it’s 1:1 - I do assume you can send mail from the main/primary email address. The rest of the thread is about users not being able to send in general
