Which DNS server will be used?

I’m using a openWrt router where I have setup a special DNS server.
On my phone I have setup as ‘private DNS’ the cloudfare server.

When I’m at home, which DNS will be used, that one from router or that one from phone ?

If you setup a specific DNS server within /e/, it will have the higher priority.
So you will always use CloudFlare.
If you wish to use your router DNS, you can go back to “network provider” while using Wifi.

Just for my understanding:
If I configure a “Private DNS” which I would like to use on mobile connection, I can’t use my Pi-hole as a DNS server when connected via WIFI at home? /e/ will always use the “Private DNS”, when it is configured?
