Why am I told I am exceeding my cloud storage space at >1G even though I have purchased 1T?

I’m getting alerts on my FP5 saying i’ve exceeded my cloud storage. I get the same message when I log into my murenacloud account. But I have paid for use of 1T for a year and have barely exceeded 1G. I can’t find any support or help
