Why I can't purchase more storage for my murenacloud?

Today I tried to buy some more storage for my cloud but it said my shop session over or Sorry, this product cannot be purchased. By the way I’m from Turkey. I tried it with another phone number and it worked this time. Why murena doesn’t allows to buy storage from another countrys? How I gonna buy then?
