Everything works but I can’t get wifi to work. No internet because there is no SIM card?
A tablet doesn’t have a SIM card.

Did you already try the first place I would look:
Settings > Network and Internet > WiFi
There you should be able to see “available networks”.
Perhaps also check you do not have Aeroplane mode selected.
You probably installed the wrong version - “gts4lv” is for LTE, “gts4lvwifi” like the name suggests ;- )
